Don’t scrape the site at scale. Don’t republish case studies or other content without written permission. Don’t attempt to interfere with site security, submit malicious traffic, or impersonate the firm or its attorneys. The rest is fair use.

The forms and guided case review on this site are intake tools that help us evaluate whether we can help you. Their output is informational only and is not a substitute for legal advice.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, design, logos, photographs (except client-supplied imagery used with permission), case-study narratives, and software — is owned by the firm or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

Electronic signatures

The firm uses electronic signatures for engagement agreements and other legal documents under the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (PA UETA, NJ UETA). By signing electronically, you consent to use of an electronic signature, agree it has the same effect as a handwritten signature, and confirm you are able to retain a copy of the signed document.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Modifications

We may modify these terms. Continued use after the “last updated” date constitutes acceptance. Material changes are surfaced via a banner on the site or, for engaged clients, by email.

Severability + entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These terms, together with the firm’s privacy policy and the disclaimer page, constitute the entire agreement between you and the firm regarding use of the site.
