As a practicing internal medicine physician since 1995, Dr. Giacomo Mangiaracina brings over 30 years of clinical patient care to the team. This decades-long frontline experience gives him a distinct advantage over lawyers who only read medical text: he knows the difference between what a medical chart says and what a chart leaves out.
At the firm, Dr. Mangiaracina reviews the medical records and clinical causation behind medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases before they are even accepted, and continuously as they are built. This means when our partners evaluate a case, negotiate with insurance companies, or prepare for trial, they operate with a practicing physician's deep insight right in front of them.
